Estimates, Proposals, Scheduling & Invoices

We can typically get you a proposal within a week of your request. The fastest way to get an estimate is to have one of our ISA Certified Arborists drop by your property with a call or text on the way.

As long as your trees are accessible, our ISA Certified Arborist can complete their estimate visit without you on site. This is the fastest way to get an estimate from us.

Once a proposal is approved, your Arborist Project Manager will build the backend of your project for our scheduling team. They will contact you with a proposed date once we find a spot on our calendar. We welcome any scheduling requests through our main office or your Project Manager.

If you’d like to tip your Arborist Crew, we encourage you to instead leave us a review online. Each member of your Crew will receive a $20 bonus on their next paycheck if you post a positive review.

Most of our clients pay by check or through an electronic account transfer. There is a 3% processing fee for credit and debit card payments. If you’d like to pay by card, let us know and we will adjust your invoice.

What to Expect

If we’re pruning, please plan to be on site for a walkthrough with your Arborist Crew Leader at both the beginning and end of your project. If you won’t be home during our work, please be available by phone in case questions arise. You typically don’t need to be on site for tree removals or stump grinding.

If your Arborist Project Manager requests additional parking space for your project, our team will place “No Parking” signs 1-3 days before the scheduled work (don’t worry, we take care of it all for you!). We ask for some flexibility with parking on the day the work will be done. Your Arborist Crew Leader may have specific requests for access after seeing the job site.

We haul away and recycle 100% of our tree debris. Our first name was Treecycle because our owners are passionate about salvaging wood.

We are a full-service tree company, which means we haul away all our tree debris and leave your property clean. Your Arborist Project Manager can answer any other questions you have after they know the specifics of your project.
